We do things differently
To provide the best service and quality we finish and wrap our books to order. This reduces waste and potential damage to products that would be held in stock. We aim to dispatch within 1-5 working days in addition to shipping times. You will be notified by email after purchasing with your order number and again when your item has left our factory in Northumberland.
Courier
UK orders are sent either by Royal Mail or DPD. Royal Mail orders are shipped on their tracked 48-hour service. DPD orders are sent with their tracked next-day service.
Europe
European orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked international service (delivery times vary depending on the destination country).
Import Taxes, duties and handling may be charged extra depending on delivery location and are the receiver’s sole responsibility to pay.
Collection
We also offer a complimentary click-and-collect service in Berwick upon Tweed to save on unnecessary shipping costs and emissions. Enter ‘COLLECT’ at checkout, and when you receive your ‘Order fulfilled’ email you can collect your order from us.

Items may be returned within 30 days of you receiving them. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been used or damaged.
