Amazing balance between rough and super smooth paper, incredible quality however im skeptical of the durability of the cover as it is just glued to the front page; only time will tell. A cover would be nice however its hard to find them in the b5 size, please make a one.
This is one of the best notebooks I’ve ever bought. The unboxing was simple but such a nice touch, and I really appreciate how environmentally conscious Pith Supply is with their packaging and production process.
The paper quality is genuinely excellent. My handwriting looked noticeably neater on the high GSM pages, which really shows how much good paper matters. The binding is also well thought out: I could write flat on both sides without any awkward gutter or resistance.
I’ll definitely be buying again. My only suggestions would be to expand the size range (a4 sized), and maybe offer hole-punched refill paper for people who use binders e.t.c
I have been buying Pith notebooks and journals now for about five years and have never had a bad experience. The paper is excellent quality, the binding is superb, and the customer service second to none.
Love this product. Perfect size for me and layout. Paper is a lovely quality and I can’t wait to use it. I will also be ordering a planner.

i took ages to search online for that unique hand made notebook/sketchbook and had seen some of them on art suppliers websites
1. they are actually flat fold as they say they are and every single page is useable from the first page, as others i have used waste the first two pages and are not truly flat fold. WOW
2. the quality of the paper is superb, its just perfect and a nice shade of ivory, nice weight and great to write on with a fountain pen, just glides over the paper. WOW
3. the line layout is just perfect i have been searching for a lined layout like this, one that does not end or start at the edges, which makes it nicer to write in and not writing at the edges, it just frames the writing so much better and neater. WOW
4. the board backing is perfect, does not bend like other suppliers.
5. the minimalistic look is perfect, none of this fancy patterns etc just plain and simple and perfect
6. the fact that is is printed locally is another bonus.
Lovely notebook, Lies perfectly flat and holds the ink I use to write with very well (Mitsubishi Uniball micro). Hard cover makes it easy to carry without fear of bending.

Here's the problem. You are asked to leave a review for a product that is analogue. But you're asked to leave it in a Digital world. As it happens, I've been using it almost continuously since I got it, so it won't be long until I have to decide what to buy to replace it. And the answer is dead simple. I'll buy another one of these. I've had a number of "fold flat" notebooks in the past to try to get myself into Journaling. And none of them were as good quality as this one. None. Not one. So yes, carry on producing this wonderful stuff, because I'll definitely be back for more. Who knows? I may even buy some of the others in the range.
Bought 2, one as a gift and one for myself - neither been used as yet but can say the notebook is a stunner - well made, high quality and I love the fact it will fully lay flat.
this is now my go to notebook, it's the nicest thing I've written in ages, I keep showing it to people very happy that I have found you guys and will be buying more notebooks in the future

It’s the first time I have ordered the chartreuse and I am loving it. It makes me happy everytime I see it and it feels very palette-suited as my travel companion to South East Asia. I think this is my 5th Pith notebook so far and it will definitely not be my last!

I LOVE these notebooks, being able to open them flat is such a seemingly simple and yet game changing feature, weird that no one else does this! The paper quality and dot grid is perfect, the only extra thing I’d personally like is to be able to use a marker pen over sketches without it bleeding through.
Utterly gorgeous notebook. Love the vibrant blue colour. No spine makes it easier to open flat and write on. Feels really premium. Great writing experience, lovely paper. Very pleased with my purchase - shame it’s for work!!

These notebooks are absolutely the best - paper feels so luxurious and sturdy, dots are perfectly subtle, so many colour options and they are just beautifully made. I keep ordering them as my work notebooks, and had a short stint where I ran out and had to make do with another well known notebook brand in the meantime - it really wasn't the same! Love having well made stationery and happy to support a very friendly and conscious seeming company
